Chapter Summary: Do you know people who always want to protect everyone else?  That is exactly who Seigi is.  Even though he is just in middle school he is trained in the martial arts and always tries to protect the weaker people he knows.  One day there is a group of punks fighting with a homeless man and Seigi comes to his rescue.  Seigi is given a strange tattoo from this man.  What Seigi doesn't know is that this tattoo has special powers and is a secret weapon that was developed for the arms race.  Hopefully things don't get too out of control before Seigi figures out how to use his new tattoo's special powers.
