Chapter Summary: Seigi spends him time sticking up for weaker people.  This sounds normal but Seigi is only in middle school.  But don't worry because he is a highly skilled martial artist.  He also has a secret weapon.  Its a tattoo that is on his hand that gives him even more special powers.
