Chapter Summary: Peace and quiet is the best. That's a good motto to have and its also the motto of a young guy named Tomoki Sakurai. Those might be wise words to live by but that doesn't make it easy to achieve as Tamoki finds out. He's got some crazy neighbors who make his life tought.
