Naruto:

Erm... very boring. The artwork's gone down and at first, I was happy to see sasuke but he's a total wimp versing this guy. I get the whole concept that the raikage has to be this 'amazingly strong tailed beat man' but I think the author got lazy and forgot to develop the plot and just kept throwing in a lot of fight scenes. Amaretsu is also getting pretty boring. It was cool the first fifty times but not anymore.

Bleach:

Okay, nothing special but still nice. I mean it's pretty cool. Nothing major. Felt like a quick read due to a lack of dialogue.

Bakuman:

Excellent. This chapter really set the mood and it was nice to see them fall when right before the sickness, they were doing so well. I think that's what's amazing with this series. Sometimes it's predictable, sometimes it's not, but regardless of what happens, it will always turn your emotions towards the manga just when you think you've got it figured out. The last page was also great. After a whole chapter of melachony, it was great to just boost up with a bam of excitement.

ya, i can honestly say bakuman has been my favorite of the shounen mangas for the past 2 months. the story moves at an alarming rate and they really cover everything. like you said, sometimes its predictable and sometimes its not but what i like about it is the fact that it never just comes out of nowhere. even before he got sick and sent to the hospital, there were signs art wise that he wasn't looking too well so it makes sense.

for their next manga, i kind of see it being a romantic comedy. that last bit with them experiementing with the romance part of it made me thing it has to be romantic comedy. your thoughts on what the next series they will do is?

Yeah, seems that way. I mean a gag manga is the reason they got out, so it wouldn't be that. Using the same style twice in a row would be pretty pointless. A battle manga has been proven to be consistently too mainstream. So that pretty much just leaves the generic foreshadowing to help us and well, I guess it'll have to be a romantic comedy. Maybe loosely based around on the whole real life situation... well, real for them.
